The location here is perfect, close to all the main attractions and cafes, and the room was quite spacious with a large and very cozy bed.

Everything was amazing, this hotel had very helpful staff and magnificent location. Location: the venue was very close to the train station and major sights in the city, all sights, attractions, restaurants, shops & cafes, and Ponte Vecchio. The place was near Mariano, where you can have dinner. We didn't have time, so we would come here again...

We were happy to have a room with a tub and a convenient kitchenette, and the staff, in general, were friendly and accommodating, with a few being exceptional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Provenzale Casa! Everything was amazing, from the modern furniture to the excellent location near major sightseeing destinations. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. We were impressed by the attention to detail, such as the black out shutters that made sleeping easy and the terrific air conditioning that kept us cool during a heatwave. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the apartment had all the bells and whistles we needed, including multiple luggage racks and 2 working TVs. this place felt luxurious and was definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our romantic escape! The room was so cozy and had everything we needed - a coffee machine for morning pick-me-ups and fluffy towels for luxurious showers. The initial room we were given was small and had no windows, which was a bit disappointing. The beds were also very firm and could have used an extra pillow.

Despite not having a proper window, it didn't affect our stay since we were out exploring most of the time. the check-in process was smooth and the staff at the clothing store next door were friendly and helpful.
